Technically the effect won't be cancelled, however, what IW does is make your attacks miss your target and make you deal a set amount of damage instead. So that means that using a Conjure enchantment will not do anything, it will not increase your damage.

In short: anything that gives +dmg is completely and utterly useless when using IW. Why? Because IW makes all your attacks miss. The damage you dish out if purely from IW's effect and nothing else.
